职位概况
负责博世集团在亚太、欧洲及美洲地区的商业采购流程，推动价格透明、成本控制及供应商绩效提升。
主要职责
- 担任全球流程所有者，管理并优化商业采购的价格计算、年度谈判及合同管理。
- 分析不同地区流程差异，推动标准化并在必要时提供临时解决方案。
- 制定并发布HC指南、工作指令、最佳实践及流程文档，开展内部培训。
- 维护供应商组合，制定材料领域策略，提升供应商绩效。
任职要求
- 工商管理或工程类学位。
- 至少10年采购经验，熟悉商业采购全流程。
- 优秀的沟通、项目管理及自主工作能力，能够出差。
必备技能
- 深厚的商业采购流程知识。
- 出色的分析与成本透明化能力。
