职位概况
负责博世半导体业务部门硅碳化物（SiC）基板及器件的采购与项目管理，统筹供应商关系，实现成本与质量目标。
主要职责
- 对SiC基板和器件的商业及项目采购负责，承担供应商与业务单元的接口工作。
- 管理供应商和品类的全流程，从策略执行到运营跟进、问题闭环。
- 主导与供应商的商务谈判，确保价格竞争力。
- 推动成本降低和改进项目，进行结构化跟踪。
- 负责供应商绩效管理，预判风险并落实纠正措施。
任职要求
- 供应链、经济、营销、工程或半导体相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备品类或项目采购经验，拥有半导体或电子行业背景者优先。
- 能够接受国内外出差。
- 良好的英文书面及口语能力，德语优先。
- 具备跨境协作能力，能够承担多任务挑战。
