职位概况
3M安全与工业业务集团招聘ASD客户经理，负责武汉地区工业研磨产品的推广与销售，致力于通过技术演示实现销售目标。
主要职责
- 推广、介绍并销售指定范围的研磨产品，完成区域销售指标。
- 通过产品演示向终端用户展示关键特性和优势。
- 收集并报告客户及行业信息，识别业务机会。
- 维护并拓展关键客户、分销商关系，开展技术交流和产品测试。
- 在CRM系统中更新销售拜访记录、机会和活动。
- 培训分销商内部及外部销售人员。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，优先考虑高分子材料或化学相关专业。
- 2-3年全球化公司销售经验，具工业研磨产品销售或工业销售背景。
- 英语书面及口语流利。
- 熟悉CRM系统及微软办公软件的使用。
必备技能
- CRM系统操作
- Microsoft Office
