职位概况
巴斯夫在上海提供全职研发博士后岗位，负责利用现有及新技术开展项目研发，推动实验室团队实现项目目标。
主要职责
- 开发技术方案，使用新旧技术方法。
- 将项目目标转化为实验室工作计划，分析并解释实验结果。
- 研发合成、测试或分析的新方法与流程。
- 与项目相关方持续沟通，确保研究活动一致。
- 监控项目里程碑、进度与预算，按时完成。
- 撰写并呈现成果，协助专利申请。
- 关注行业技术趋势，评估文献、专利信息，为公司提供决策依据。
任职要求
- 聚合物化学或聚合物物理博士学位。
- 具备水性涂料或粘合剂研发背景者优先。
- 英语流利，能够阅读、写作及演讲。
